CVAA response to DfE care review consultations

This week (11th May 2023) CVAA responded to 3 government consultations relating to the care review. These were:

• The general consultation on the government’s care review response, Stable Homes, Built on Love
• The consultation on government’s proposed children’s social care national framework and dashboard
• Proposals for the child and family social worker workforce

CVAA’s response is available here. This response is based on feedback from VAAs during our consultation meeting earlier in May, and also reiterates messages we’ve stressed previously to the care review and government alike. The response was submitted via the online consultation questionnaires.
